Hello and welcome to the Doggy Dream Team Blog. We're a team of dog owners and dog lovers on a mission to give you simple and actionable advice on health, lifestyle and nutrition for dogs.
All our contributors are proud pet-parents and write first hand from both a practical and personal experience. Their beloved dogs are from different backgrounds, are different shapes and sizes and all unique. They all descended from the same breed a time long gone but have since evolved to have their own look, characteristics and personalities. It is with this unique perspective that we can offer insights and "slobber satisfaction" testimonials to everything we 'dog' about, (woof) blog about.

I may only be a miniature dachshund, but I am the big boss here at Doggy Dream Team. We cover everything I love, from dog food to harnesses and more.
My areas of expertise are squeaky toys, tasty dog treats and long naps!

Dr Pippa Elliott (BVMS MRCVS)
Pippa Elliott BVMS MRCVS attended the University of Glasgow for five years, graduating in 1987 with a degree in veterinary medicine and surgery. Employed in small animal practice for thirty years, Pippa currently works as a veterinary locum.
Her career started in Portsmouth, working for the pet charity, the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA). After a spell in Australia, she worked in a busy north London Practice for 17 years, where she still does locum work to this day. She is an advocate of fear-free practice, caring for both the pet's mental and physical well-being.
Pippa is obsessed by all things animal and can’t imagine life without four-legged friends in it. She lives near London and is pet parent to a lively Puggle (who is selectively obedient), four cats, and a bearded dragon.
Rebecca Smith
Rebecca Smith is a devoted animal lover and she has multiple dogs to prove it. Her two pet children are a German Shepherd and a rather frivolous Labrador Retriever. Rebecca loves trying out new dog products and services, and she loves sharing her opinions with others.
She has been married to her husband for ten years and has two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of her home.
